So How Does Shipping Work? 

In stock products may ship within 24-72 hours although I request 3-5 business days to process orders. Turn around times vary from item to item with most RTS being sent from FL usually arrive within 3-5 days to US states while non-RTS items have a 2-4 week turnaround time. Excluding Holiday seasons as there is a higher demand for orders at that time. Please check the turnaround time on any item you purchase via email. If you need it sooner, please message me :)

We live in Clearwater, Florida however, I travel with my husband when he works overseas. Due to this, your items may be mailed from USA, Israel or other locations around the world we may be at the time of your order. For some items, I work with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source the trendiest accessories at the best prices for you. 

This results in orders being shipped to you from across the world. However I do ensure I can track orders for your extra piece of mind.

Yet because your products are coming from so far away they often take 2-3 weeks to arrive. So no worrying if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time your product will arrive a lot quicker, but I want you to be aware shipping delivery times is in the control of the courier!

This does mean I ship worldwide, so you can shop with me wherever you are.

Every country has it's own laws and customer's are fully responsible for custom or duty fees.  

International customers: We are not responsible for custom fees. We will not refund or reimburse any custom fees charged on your package.  

USA - All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a certain date.  THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.  Inclement weather, rerouting, or unforeseen postal circumstances may delay the delivery time.   

If your package says delivered and you say that it was not.  This is an issue only you can solve.  Opening up a dispute with USPS will not find your package.  You will need to go into your local USPS office and also ask your postal delivery person if they remember delivering you package.  9 times out of 10 either your local post office has it or it was delivered to your neighbor by accident.  We cannot refund or send a new order if your tracking says delivered.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. 

 

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Please note, I am not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. 

**** We DO NOT SHIP to reshipping companies! ****

Any orders to Reshipping Companies will be canceled and refunded. 

Can I return or exchange an item?  

I don't accept returns or cancellations

Exchanges accepted for defects only.  A photo of defect and email required within a week of delivery.  

Unfortunately, sizing issues will not be returned/exchanged at this time as we have measured every garment size's length and width to ensure accurate sizing information before purchasing. 

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:

  • Pantyhose/Tights 

  • Underwear 

  • Swimwear
